I made this comic in response to an issue I was having on Instagram trying to spread awareness of a fundraiser effort to help Palestinians who were suffering from a genocide at the hand of Israel. A lot of problems related to the promotion of human rights and issues in the Middle East have predated the changes to Meta following Donald Trump’s election in 2024.
